As of October 1, 2023, Neighborhoods Inc (NIBC) will be the first point of contact for homelessness in St. Joseph County. Call NIBC at 269-234-5023. After 4pm calls can go to 211 which will screen for homelessness and then make appropriate referral calls to shelter. If you see someone homeless on the streets at night you can send them directly to Keystone Place.
