DHHS (Centreville Office) Diaper Assistance

To qualify for MDHHS diaper assistance you must:

Be active in at least one MDHHS benefits program:

• Recipient of Food Assistance Program (SNAP- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
• Medicaid
• State Emergency Relief
• Child Development and Care (CDC)
• Cash Assistance

Have a child on your benefits that uses diapers

If you qualify, you can pick up diapers once per month for 4 consecutive months .

The diaper assistance program will continue  until MDHHS runs out of diapers or funds for the program.

Please inquire at the frint window of your local MDHHS office and complete a Diaper Assistance Reequest Form.
