The annual Point-In-Time count will take place statewide the night of Wednesday, January 28th, 2026. The count collects information about literally homeless individuals encountered throughout a 24 hour period in St. Joseph County. If you know of locations of homeless individuals in our county, please notify Neighborhoods Inc prior to January 28th at 269-234-5023.
