Coping with Grief and Loss workshop series (Virtual)
In this popular Stay Well workshop series, clinical mental health counselor Zeinab Moussa discusses emotions experienced by those who are grieving, and engages participants in drawing, writing, mental exercises, and relaxation techniques to help them cope.

Grieving is a painful, intensely personal process, and the added stress of a pandemic doesn’t make it any easier. This series of online workshops is intended to support you in your grief process by explaining commonly-experienced emotions and guiding you through exercises involving art, writing, and relaxation to help process these feelings.
The workshops are led by clinical mental health counselor Zeinab Moussa, M.A., LLPC, who specializes in helping people work through personal issues in their lives. Her professional background includes providing behavioral and mental health services, special education, and art education.
Register for as many sessions as you like. All are free of charge and will last one hour.
To fully participate, be sure to have plain paper, a pen or pencil, and markers or crayons on hand.
