Homeless Point in Time Count
The annual Point-In-Time count will take place statewide the night of Wednesday, January 29th. The count collects information about homeless individuals encountered throughout a 24 hour period in St. Joseph County. If you know of locations of homeless individuals in our county, please notify Neighborhoods Inc prior to January 31st at 269-234-5023.
